I loooooooooove showing my appreciation to my family around me, and I like to think that I behave in a way that brings them a lot of joy, warmth and laughter.
My mum was amazing at creating various types of scrapbooks and albums of my youth, which is not really a skill or activity that I have followed suit with (and arguably it’s different times now anyways with Facebook and other social mediums for storing and sharing photos and memories). But anyways, what I’ve always known is that I at some point would want to create some sweet heartfelt books for loved ones.
And, ever since discovering Lovebooks (https://lovebookonline.com/) last year, I have been able to do so in a really cool and meaningful way.
Personally, I think this is a perfect type of gift to give a loved one to show your love and appreciation. For one, it doesn’t have to cost anything (or cost much, depending on how you create your book. I.e., e-book vs physical printed book). And secondly, it’s something that will keep giving as it can be read through for years to come. And importantly, you don’t have to be a professional graphic designer to create something like this!
I jump into this a bit more in detail in the video below.
Suffice to say: maybe consider a similar gift for a loved one this year?!
Cheers,
Jon
